What makes your cotton organic?
All of our products are made from 100% organic, GOTS certified cotton, which means they are grown without synthetic pesticides and processed without harmful chemicals, making them safe for baby's sensitive skin.
How do I determine the right size for my baby?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page that includes weight and length measurements. Since organic cotton can shrink slightly, we recommend sizing up if your little one is between sizes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like teething toys and opened bedding cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your nursery essentials sooner.
How should I wash my Burt's Bees Baby items?
To maintain the softness and integrity of the organic fibers, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
