Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package off at any USPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
